How do I evaluate performance in Bio I and what is my goal in this year?

It was first time for me to learn biology and I didn't know how to study it. Especially it was difficult to do lab report. But at the end of year I knew what to do and I could get better grade than before.
In this year, I will review what I learn at home everyday, and I want to get at least 5 in quizzes and tests!
